Located on the Hobart waterfront at Victoria Dock, Pearl + Co is a fabulous waterfront oyster bar and restaurant. The floor to ceiling opening windows allow you to enjoy the incredible view out over the water. In fact, you can almost just about reach out and touch the local fishing boats!

Pearl + Co offers outdoor seating on the sunny deck as well as great indoor tables, all with a view. The bar is stocked with selected spirits, delicious wines, local beer on tap and Tasmanian ciders. We’ve also got cocktails - both beloved classics and others with an innovative twist.
